The company grew quickly through acquisitions which created dozens of websites spread across different CMSs, platforms and hosting providers. This led to unnecessary complexity, inefficiency and limited control over brand identity.
SOLUTION
Fratzke partnered with TopBuild to simplify and unify its digital ecosystem. The team developed a consolidation strategy that moved website ownership into the marketing organization and migrated all acquired sites onto a single CMS and platform. This approach cut costs, improved collaboration and created consistency in brand presentation while also making the system more scalable.

The new streamlined platform improved efficiency and reduced time to market for new initiatives. It gave TopBuild stronger control over brand identity, lowered operating costs and helped teams work together more effectively.
