CHALLENGE
Fairmont Schools had a revolving door of marketing and communications leadership that resulted in a lack of consistency, process and predictable results. They needed a partner to right the ship and establish a strategy for their internal operations and strategy efforts.
APPROACH
- Implemented team survey and interviews to uncover operational weaknesses and strengths
- Designed action plan based on team survey findings
- Defined communications team structure to better support Fairmont corporate and five campuses
- Implemented project management system and templates to organize all communication projects
- Introduced process to funnel all communication requests through the project management system
- Introduced communications strategy templates, approvals process and style guides to increase efficiency and brand alignment
